What is a Trust Deed

The Trust Deed is a highly secure, flexible, and innovative stored value solution backed by New Turkmenistan Manats (TMT), aimed at simplifying cross-border payments, supporting export-import trades and facilitating project funding.

Cross-border payments

The Trust Deed is designed to facilitate smooth and secure payments across borders, minimizing delays and mitigating foreign exchange risks.

Export-Import Trades

Exporters and importers can use the Trust Deed to ensure the secure transfer of funds for international transactions, reducing the reliance on traditional banking systems.

Project Funding

It serves as a tool for raising project funding, allowing stakeholders to acquire necessary capital for cross-border projects.

Phygital Financial Solutions

The Trust Deed functions as an enhanced financial tool that integrates advanced security measures and technological innovations. It is structured in the form of a secure banknote, providing a tangible and verifiable means of transacting across borders while also incorporating digital wallet mechanisms to increase its utility, while safeguarding against fraud and counterfeiting.

The Trust Deed offers flexibility by allowing users to either transfer funds digitally or use it as a physical payment instrument. The security of the QR code ensures that access to the value remains protected, requiring careful handling to prevent unauthorized access, while leveraging both the physical and digital features of the Trust Deed.

Redeem the value

To initiate the transfer, carefully remove the holographic security seal attached to the Trust Deed. This will expose the QR code that holds the private key to the digital wallet associated with the nominal value. Use your mobile app to scan the QR code, which provides access to the digital wallet containing the funds. Once you have accessed the wallet, you can initiate a monetary transfer of the nominal value to the intended recipient's digital wallet or bank account.

Purchase goods

In a physical transaction, you may simply hand over the Trust Deed to your vendor as payment for goods. The vendor can then redeem the Trust Deed's value by scanning the QR code or using the digital wallet as outlined. If you prefer a digital transaction, use the Trust Deed's mobile wallet to transfer the funds directly. This can be done by entering the bank details or bank coordinates of your supplier into the app and transferring the amount directly from the wallet to the supplier’s bank account.
